The East-West Gateway Council of Governments (EWG) is the federally designated Metropolitan Planning Organization for the bi-state Greater St. Louis region, covering the City of St. Louis plus Franklin, Jefferson, St. Charles, and St. Louis counties in Missouri, and Madison, Monroe, and St. Clair counties in Illinois. EWG leads regional transportation planning and helps program federal transportation dollars across the region, and has partnered with ETC Institute to conduct a household travel survey of residents in that region.

Household Travel Surveys are different than other surveys. These surveys make real changes where you live. Your input will improve the lives of the people you care about AND you get *paid for that input!

The East-West Gateway Council of Governments (EWG) is currently conducting household travel surveys in the City of St. Louis plus Franklin, Jefferson, St. Charles, and St. Louis counties in Missouri, and Madison, Monroe, and St. Clair counties in Illinois.

EWG has contracted with ETC Institute and their household travel division to administer this survey.

The results will be used by EWG and local officials to plan future transportation improvements in the area.
